Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" — The rpvip6 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at rpvip6.cam and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Member" / "Account Holder" — Any individual who has successfully registered a verified account on the rpvip6 Platform.
• "Account Balance" — The aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and net gaming winnings minus losses and withdrawals held in a Member's rpvip6 account.
• "Real Money Balance" — The portion of the Account Balance derived from actual deposits made by the Member, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds credited to a Member's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total monetary value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address documentation requirements mandated by the Platform's compliance framework.
• "Prohibited Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by statute or regulation, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, and any jurisdiction where the Member's use of the Platform would constitute a violation of local law.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the base currency for all rpvip6 accounts registered by Indonesian residents.

Eligibility & Jurisdiction

To register and maintain an active account on rpvip6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. rpvip6 enforces a strict minimum age of 21+ for all members, which is higher than the legal adulthood threshold in many jurisdictions, in line with responsible gaming best practice.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
3. You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Territory.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of rpvip6 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed via the rpvip6 responsible gaming tools or imposed by any third-party gambling support organisation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of rpvip6 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• You are registering in your own name and for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You will not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited pending investigation.

rpvip6 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Account creation does not create any contractual obligation on the part of rpvip6 until the account has been verified and approved.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify rpvip6 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rpvip6 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address (issued within the preceding 90 days).
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, clearly showing the account holder name and account number.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment method and your financial institution's processing times. rpvip6 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• rpvip6 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawals

Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the rpvip6 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–15 minutes for e-wallet methods (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 15–60 minutes for local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional compliance review is required.
• rpvip6 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met its applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal and will not form part of the withdrawable balance calculation.

If a withdrawal request is under review for more than 24 hours, Members are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] for a status update. rpvip6 will communicate any delays transparently and without undue delay.

Bonuses & Promotions

rpvip6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or retain promotional bonuses.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account without compensation.
• rpvip6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted by a Member and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• rpvip6 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering requirement fulfilment process.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the rpvip6 Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: rpvip6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, bets that would expose the Platform to disproportionate liability, or bets placed in suspected contravention of these Terms.
• Erroneous Odds: Where a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing error, rpvip6 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account. The Platform will provide a clear notification in such cases.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets operate under specific draw schedules and payout structures. Results are determined by official draw outcomes and are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. Partial wins are not paid on standard mix parlay markets unless a specific "partial payout" feature is offered and selected at bet placement.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to automatic suspension during critical match moments (goals, red cards, penalties). rpvip6 is not liable for any bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void — and the stake returned — if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's defined settlement period, or otherwise fails to produce a valid result.
• Results and Settlement: Bet settlement is based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., "including extra time and penalties" markets). Settlement decisions made by rpvip6 are final and binding.

Responsible Gaming

rpvip6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all verified Members via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated reminders that appear after a specified duration of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may activate a short-term break from the Platform (24 hours to 30 days) during which account access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a long-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

rpvip6 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount returned to the source payment method where technically possible.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rpvip6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual, per household, or per IP address.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with any third party to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Placing bets using funds known or suspected to be derived from criminal activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation strategies not consistent with genuine recreational play.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rpvip6 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of rpvip6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without express prior written consent from rpvip6.
• Use of any rpvip6 trademarks, service marks, or trade names in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with rpvip6.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or digital environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpvip6 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, even if rpvip6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the Platform.

In all cases where rpvip6's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

rpvip6 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rpvip6 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform (including KYC verification partners and payment processors) under strict data processing agreements, and with licensing or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

rpvip6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — an account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances will be preserved for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which unclaimed balances may be forfeited.
• At the Member's own request, including via a self-exclusion application.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rpvip6 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real Money Balance derived from verified personal deposits will be returned to the source payment method after investigation, less any applicable deductions.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, provided there are no outstanding compliance reviews.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvip6 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Members upon written request submitted to [email protected].

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Amendments

rpvip6 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, rpvip6 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via a platform notification or email to the address registered on their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if you wish, close your account in accordance with Section 14.
